Ok, I'll go first!  One of my favorite dishes!

Cream Cheese Chicken

-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

-1/4 C water

- 1 packet of dry Italian dressing

- 1 can cream of chicken soup

- 8 oz cream cheese (one of the little bricks that comes in the box)

- Egg noodles or rice (I use angel hair pasta)

Mix water and italian dressing, and pour over chicken. Cook for 3 hours on high.

Then add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese (its best if you cut it up into smaller cubes), cook for another hour. (I usually add a little bit of milk to think it down some at the end)  Serve over egg noodles or rice.

Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplin's

(It's still not your grandma's chicken and dumplins, but it's still realllllllly yummy and super easy to make!)

Ingredients

* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

* 2 tablespoons butter

* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

* 1 can chicken broth (low sodium)

* spices (black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin. No extra salt is needed!)

* 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces (I used Pilsbury creseants)

1. Place the chicken, butter, soups, broth and spices in a slow cooker.

2. Cover, and cook for 4 hours on High.

3. Take chicken out and shred it

4. Add chicken back in, Then place the torn biscuit dough in the cooker. Let cook covered the remaining 2 hours on low. Stirring occasionally to keep the dumplings in the soup.

(It can get kind of thick, so i add milk to thin the dumplings down a little)
